An easy to follow how-to guide about building a simple data mart, combining data from various sources, using Talend Open Studio for Data Integration.
Taled Open Studio for Data integration is one of the most popular open source ETL tools. It is rich with features and components, and at same time has an easy to use GUI. The workshop will start with a brief introduction to the world of Talend. Then the rest of the session will walk us step-by-step through the process of data mart creation, combining data from various data sources and applying traditional data warehouse techniques.
